Actually, the coat of arms being used now is more similar to the Montenegrin coat of arms. Hence the staff and the egg in the claws of the dual headed eagle. The only difference is that the one they are using now doesnt have the lion and has multiple crowns.
this would make more sense considering the owner of AFP is Serbian born in Montenegro....
