Zelaya has been sitting in the embassy using these stations to broadcast and summon his “supporters” to the embassy. Furthermore, the rest of their broadcasting consists of nothing but Chavista propaganda, basically, incitements to violence.
This is basically crying fire in a crowded movie theatre. Zelaya, Chavez and the left want very much to provoke a situation where violence breaks out in such a way that the Hondurans will have to put it down violently. Micheletti is doing everything possible to prevent this.
He is going to the Supreme Court and the legislature to discuss this and work out a plan so that constitutional guarantees can be maintained without, at the same time, allowing the left to use them to foment the violence they are so desperately trying to encourage.

There was no coup. The Constitutional government arrested and exiled a criminal. Their mistake was not putting him in prison in country.

Actually, I just read that Micheletti lifted the state of emergency at the request of Congress.

There was no “coup installed government”.
Their legal system worked! A president was trying to stay in office longer than allowed, and the courts/legislature did their duty to stop him, using the military. They will once again have free elections to choose their next elected leader. The AP wrote this story based on a false premise.

Apparently the interim government is having second thoughts about imposing the suspension of civil liberties yesterday. Here's the money quote from an AP report via Forbes issued just minutes ago:
But in a sudden reversal, Micheletti said Monday afternoon that he wanted to "ask the Honduran people for forgiveness" for the measures and said he would lift them in accordance with demands from the same Congress that installed him after a June 28 coup.
The article also says that the restrictions will be lifted by the end of the week. We'll see.

Note the picture of the masked cop throwing an amp back into a pickup truck in post #1. Wonder why he's wearing a mask.

AP spreading propaganda again and again with the coup BS.

I think he’s making some kind of ironic point. Either that or trying to be an annoying contrarian. At this point the notion that it was a “coup” has pretty much been shot down.

you should have heard what these stations broadcasted.
Channel 36, the other govt channel during Z’s govt, was used to extend his propaganda avery single day. He received monthly checks of $ 10,000.00 NOT because of publicity or ads. These checks are not justifiable by the former authorities.
After the succesion the channel has been used to call protests and civil disobedience.

If the channel are calling for insurrection against the legitimate government, the government(by use of the army) should shut these channels down and arrest the broadcasters as fomenting violence.

That channel should have been shut down as soon as Zelaya was out of the country.
