When I went to the link to read the deposition of the victim, that was not mentioned...so I really have no idea since I was only a teenager myself at (almost 15 years old) at the time.

All I am saying is that anyone who performs a heinous act such as this should not go unpunished. The girl was a minor. And quite frankly, I don't understand why you asked me that question in the first place.
