It isn’t just doctors and hospitals- IOt will be accessed by any Federal agency that wishes to do so.

Also- Since when does any doctor or hospital screen their employees to the degree that any of us would feel solid about having our information out there?

Yes. I remember the electronic record of health info, too. In fact, I have discussed this information with physicians and my concern about violation of my Constitutional right to privacy in such a database of information. This is not Kansas anymore.
