Larry King's contract with CNN is set to expire in 18 months -- and the cable network's chiefs are busy lining up his successor in case he retires.
King, 75, has been interviewing celebrities since 1985. Sources say CNN's first choice to succeed him would be Ryan Seacrest -- but his massive deal with "American Idol" makes him too expensive. Other contenders are CBS anchor Katie Couric, CNN "video wall guy" John King and Joy Behar, who is launching her own interview show on CNN's Headline News.

Last night CNNs Larry King confessed to Roseanne Barr that hes never used the Internet. King expressed doubt that the Internet was a viable political medium because theres 80 billion things on it. When Barr said she liked the Internet, King acknowledged that Ive never done it, never gone searching.
Barr said King would love the internet if he tried it. King replied, I wouldnt love it. What do you punch little buttons and things? Barr even offered to show King how to use the Internet. King declined. Watch it:

The night he had Paul McCartney’s ex wife, the one with the wooden leg,on the show was hilarious. She put her prosthesis on the desk and Larry like it so much I’m sure he wanted one. lol
