Lecherous fugitive director indignant about 30-year-delayed arrest

Justice is finally catching up with the admitted seducer of young girls. He was arrested in Zurich this weekend, much to the “great consternation and shock” of his friends in the artistic community.

And the California whacko elitests are griping about the cost to the government to prosecute and house this pedophiliac for the rest of his life, while letting other criminals go.

I say they should confiscate his wealth and use it to house him and not put this burden on the people.

During the past week I’ve ticked off a lot of people defending a young woman who had, supposedly, consensual intercourse with four ‘very large’ young men in a university campus lavatory. Initially, she had charged them with rape, but one of the guys had recorded the ‘interlude’ on his cell phone. (How gross!)

The young men were described as “innocent sons” and I took umbrage with that description as I felt NO ONE in this case was ‘innocent’. Though rape hadn’t been proved, I felt ALL should be punished for a heinous act in a public restroom and that rape, four against one in this case, would have been impossible to prove unless this young woman had fought the four men and been beaten to death.

Now, in this case involving Polanski, who in the past has made a fuss about the girl’s mother giving permission for him to have sexual intercourse with the woman’s daughter, I see evil on the part of the adults.

I feel that BOTH Polanski and the girl’s mother ought to be prosecuted for this crime.

What say you guys?

I’m not sure which other case you are referring to, but if the woman had consetual sex with four men, she cannot come back and cry rape after satisfying herself very thoroughly with the performance of four young men. Nope, that dog don’t hunt. They were all adults.

However, in the case of Polanski, the mother, and a 13 year old child, yes, I agree. Both adults were guilty of crimes against the child.

Polanski is a munchkin, 4’-6” tall, so only girls 10-13 years old are attractive to him. His wife (beard) is twice his height.

My argument in the former case was simple: many young women just give up and give in to sex when pressured, even when they do not really want to have intercourse.

The alternative, to say no and risk physical harm, even death, is frankly not much of a choice.

To prove rape when the victim is unharmed is difficult, if not impossible.

Polanski WAS prosecuted, convicted and sentenced for the crime.

He fled the country to escape Justice. No further prosecution is necessary. Bring him back, lock his ass away for the rest of his natural life.

As for the mother?

Take that up with the prosecutors. Polanski confessed to the crime, now he keeps a long delayed appointment with the California Department of Corrections.

You will get no argument from me. Some decades ago, in Albany, a mother took her 8-10 year old daughter to a rendezvous with a pervert (for money) and stayed with them while the pervert fondled the girl. Caught, tried and convicted.

Under the law we don't punish heinous acts, we punish crimes. The young men were innocent (which is a legal term by the way, not a moral term) of any crime, and whatever noncrime you think they were guilty of is not to be punished by a court of law. The only other crime that the five could be prosecuted for might be public indecency, but since no one saw them the five could only be prosecuted if some or all of them gave up their 5th Amendment rights.

The courts are overfilled with criminal cases now. Inventing a way to proscribe sexual acts that you or I might find repugnant, but which are presently legal, is not the way to go.

The MSM has seen fit to scrub his crime of its most foul aspects.

He took a 13 old girl to the house of a Hollywood star, plied her with drugs and alcohol, FORCIBLY raped her, forcibly sodomized her, and apparently thought nothing of it. Following his own admission of guilt within a court of law, he fled the country and had his life glamorized by the degenerates of Hollweird.

If it was one of my daughters he forcibly raped, the joke would have been, “what goes into the back of a fugitive-rapist’s head once, and chest twice?”
