This is depressingly common in inner-city settings. The gangs don’t give a damn about kids. In fact kids comprise much of the gangs.

Looked like from the video many of these kids were wearing the same color clothes, like a school dress code or type of uniform. So I don't see why they can't simply walk the school and check out the faces
OTHO, Chicago should seriously consider banning or at a minimum registering wooden boards so they know who has them.
