By saying that Republican John McCain would have been a worse president than Barack Obama............
(I have no use for the rest of this website's drivel. I just want the substance of what Beck said)
(Excerpt) Read more at theweek.com ...
Anyways, In the *FULL* commentary, Beck has said that if McCain were president, the tea party movement wouldn't have happened or wouldn't have been as large.
McCain still would've delivered us to all these international treaties.
We'd have had cap and trade by now.
We'd have had amnesty by now.
There wouldn't be congressional republicans standing up to a president mccain like there is now with them standing up to president obama.
I have a feeling(again, defending levin) that Levin would agree with all of these sentiments.
A pregressive president like McCain would have destroyed the conservative movement for decades. Something that Obama simply cannot do.
And if you don't think McCain is a progressive? Just ask him who his hero is and he'll tell you that it's Teddy Roosevelt. A progressive. Know the heroes, know the individual.
This may contain some of what I just talked about. The context of the mccain comment.
The more I listen to Levin, the less I like him. His realm of the conservative movement is becoming irrelevant while Beck is literally knocking on Rush’s door in terms of importance. Let Levin and his boytoy Vannity repeat the same cliched phrases all day long, the rest of us have principals to uphold.
Beck is a bit dramatic. That said, he has uncovered some data that the sheepeople need see and understand in order to defend this country. Beck has tied together the players in the 0bama drama. I should think Mark and Rush would see this. I don’t hear them devoting as much time and energy to this. Rush covers the topic in the news of the day, Mark has his valuable insights too. There is more than enough dirt on this 0bama and his ilk for all the talking conservatives to discuss. They will do themselves ill to start attacking one another and that is what the RATS dream of happening.
Levin is just jealous that Beck rises in popularity while he toils away on his lame radio show parroting safe GOP talking points in that obnoxious voice of his.
McCain is a progressive and would have been bad...but nobody in their right mind could build a cult of personality around John McCain. And the press would have hated him no matter what he did.
That’s the difference, and that’s why Obama is the worst possible person in the world we could have elected.
McCain would have been a loser, a liberal who could have been dealt with, and a simple one-term president. Obama is heading for dictator and Master of the Universe (in his dreams).
Well, I’m sorry you feel that way. While I’ll agree with you most certainly that Beck is uncovering(or helping to at least) a lot of stuff that is highly inconvenient to liberals and the complicit progressive media, Levin not only has his place but he’s a great asset.
The cliched phrases do get old, I’ll agree with you on that one, Levin has indeed earned the title “the great one”.
Have you read any of his books? That’s probably Levin’s strong suit. Give ‘liberty and tyranny’ a try.
principals to uphold? are you supporting your local school staff?
Glenn Beck is also doing what our gooberment skools have long failed to do. Teach American history.
Beck is very dramatic. But then so too is Levin. IMHO. In different ways of course.
But in both cases, I like it. It’s passion for beliefs.
And yes, attacking one another is exactly what the left is looking for.
Okay. So...you think “the rest of you” are doing the heavy lifting in comparison to Mark Levin when it comes to upholding principals?
Really?
Mark is brilliant! He is fighting the good fight through his Landmark Legal Foundation. He is one of the good guys and I admire him greatly.
Glenn was handed a gift when Van Jones went after him. He put all the puzzle pieces together and continues tell all of us what it is about.
That being said, we need not to eat our own. Including our top guys.
Mark Levin's problem with Glenn BeckBeck's increasing popularity and effectiveness?
I myself toned town my criticism of McQueeg once he won the nomination. That doesn’t make him any less of an ACORN/SEIU supporting Soros puppet.
Boy, no kidding with the circular firing squad. There are a lot of FR tin-horns on here that think they have it all figured out.
And Mark always mentions Free Republic!!!
