US Fish & Wildlife did the dirty deed. It p!sses me off to no end that unelected, unaccountable radical leftist bureaucrats can issue regulations with the force of law. Our congress-clowns are only too happy to have dirtbag environmentalists issue regs that would otherwise get themselves tossed from office or worse.
