Dan Fuchs said business was just starting to pick up at his kiosk in the Mall at Johnson City.
Fuchs business, the Graphic Edge, printed slogans and pictures on items such as coffee cups, bumper stickers and T-shirts. He said more than half of his business came from the sale of anti-Obama merchandise. Bumper stickers with slogans such as SOS: Stop Obamas Socialism, Nobama, and Chicago got the party, but the country got the hangover were displayed around the small stand.
Now it appears Fuchs is out of business at the mall, but mall officials say this decision was not based upon political views.
Friday afternoon, Fuchs was handed a lease termination notice by mall officials and signed by Mall General Manager Tembra Aldridge. The letter states that the option to terminate the lease agreement is effective 11:59 p.m. today and that he must vacate the mall premises and remove his property before then.

To say nothing of the “Man Cave”!
Well, another business driven out over politics. I wonder when he will leave the country and take his brains, motivation, and business with him.
Rock on. Thanks for taking action.
Oh yeah. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. How about Buffalo Mtn. Park?
It was a pleasure. Plus I now am the proud owner of my very own “black” Nobama t-shirt.
I just sawhim on National TV and he is a Senior and Very Well Dressed and Polished, just the Heart of American Small Business and One that anyone would be Proud to Call their Father and/or Grandfather! The Mall Manager was on as well and came across as a dispicable Sleeze and hopefully will regret this Atrocious Move every second for the rest of her demented and selfish Life. PLease give him my very best wishes for great success!!...:-)
Why? It's Johnson City...there's no market for it, and whatever there was has dried up.
placemark and bump
What channel?
It was on the Local ABC NEWS...
You must make a market with The Fairness Doctrine or face the penalty comrade!!
btt
Fuchs should have taken her up on it to keep his Mall business open. Something with Zero riding a unicorn, something with Zero surrounded by other peoples' children, that kind of stuff. They would have probably bought it, while everybody else was either laughing at or repulsed by Zero over it.
For all those who support Graphic Edge, and Mr. Fuchs...
Thank you all for your support! It means alot to us. I am a personal friend of Dan’s and I myself have told him...”let the people do the talking and fighting!”
Our website is up and running, but not fully functional. with the lack of time to close down and “get out” we should have it up and running fully in a few days. Along with a new location by the end of the week.
For those of you who came out and supported us, I personally thank you! “WE (those who came to our stand today)SHOWED THEM” what the people want!
I will also point something out that some of you locals did not know as well. Yes there were a few legitimate complaints. But we only recieved “2” in written reports. The others that the mall management claims, we were only told about, and not provided a report. How do we know that those supposed complaints are not fake without a written report? How can the Mall Management act without providing us with a legitimate written report?
Secondly I am starting an online petition and welcome you all to sign it.
Third, for those who want to contact Dan or Graphic Edge, please shoot us an email with your support: graphicedgeonline@gmail.com

please get this blog rolling. thanks all for the great overwhelming support!
I most certainly will and thank for the support. He is a very nice, gentle man. We talked quit a bit yesterday and he comes across as a very down to earth type of guy. BTW, what network did you see him on? I caught the local coverage, but didn’t see the national.
Much appreciation to all of you. Please follow up on our online blog. http://graphicedgeonline.wordpress.com/
You should ask this guy to print a tshirt saying “The Johnson City Mall hates Republicans”
