Ahmadinejad: Obama Will 'Regret' Accusing Iran of Hiding Nuclear Plant (Time to apologize)

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said President Obama, along with the leaders of Britain and France, will "regret" accusing Iran of hiding a nuclear facility.

"It's not a secret site," Ahmadinejad said Friday at a news conference in New York. "If it was, why would we have informed the IAEA about it a year ahead of time. "They will regret this announcement."

Ahmadinejad said the new facility won't be operational for 18 months so Iran has not violated any requirements of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Earlier Friday Obama demanded that Iran immediately allow international weapons monitors to inspect a nuclear facility the Islamic Republic acknowledges it has been building for years.

Obama, joined by British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and French President Nicolas Sarkozy at the opening of the G-20 economic summit in Pittsburgh, warned Iran that it will be "held accountable" to an impatient world community if it does not fully disclose its nuclear ambitions.

"Iran has the right for peaceful power, but the size of the facility is inconsistent with a peaceful program," Obama said. "Iran is breaking rules that all nations must follow, endangering the world non-nuclear proliferation regime ... and the security of the world."

George Steponallofus noted that barry knew of the plant before the election - so why now is he saying we need to do something.

If OBOZO had mentioned a 2nd nuke plant during campaign, it would have sped up the decision process of Israel. OBOZO simply delayed Israel from reacting by withholding highly important security information from Israel.

“”They will regret this announcement.”

BREAKING NEWS:
Multiple sources are reporting that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has removed President Barack Obama as a Facebook friend.

Ahmadinejad reportedly took this drastic action in response to Obama’s action on the second Iranian nuclear sire revelation.

The best time to have buzzed Tehran was back during the protests. It could have tipped the scales and brought an end to the regime and the war on terror.

I think that any time would be good. Especially now. The people of Iran would surely see it and react accordingly.

Ahmadinejad is always threatening. His constant threats can keep the leaders of nations that oppose Iran and it's insane 'holy men' that pull Ahmadinejad's strings, on edge and wary of 'disturbing' him. So far, it's worked rather well.

Meanwhile, Barack Obama is spouting sophomoric gibberish at the joke we call the 'United Nations' (mostly 'united' against America) while the ayatollahs in Iran laugh behind their beards and plan the nuclear destruction of Israel and, eventually, the west. This will not end well.

Or what?

Yes, or what? If it's not true, pressure the little runt to sue bendover bammy for libel in the UN World Court.

Of course, 0bammy will probably apologize before that happens.

The NRO guys made the point that the western intelligence agencies have known about Qom for years and that Obama was briefed on it when transitioning into the presidency. So this is no revelation. But it is new to the public, which means it could be an opportunity for Obama and the European leaders to initiate a new phase in dealing with Iran. Maybe they'll get tougher now. I'm curious about how the American left will react if Amadinejad rightly points out that the Western leaders' shocked reaction is a bit of a deception. Will this mean Obama is a liar like George Bush?
