Zazi Indicted For Conspiring To Detonate WMD

NEW YORK (CBS) - Najibullah Zazi, the Denver man believed to be the central figure in a terror plot against the New York City transit system, has officially been indicted on charges of conspiracy to use weapons of mass destruction against persons or property in the United States, CBS 2 has learned.

According to the Department of Justice, a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of New York returned a one-count indictment alleging that between Aug. 1, 2008 and Sept. 21, 2009, Zazi knowingly and intentionally conspired with others to use one or more weapons of mass destruction, specifically explosive bombs and other similar explosive devices, against persons or property within the United States. The indictment also alleges that Zazi and others traveled in interstate and foreign commerce, used email and the Internet, and that this offense and the results of the offense would have affected interstate and foreign commerce.

Authorities plan to transfer him to the federal court in Brooklyn to face the new charge.

VaBthang4 went too far in the personal attacks and his constant "derangement" postings were annoying as heck...

But, he brings up a good point. Some have become so obsessed about Obama that they are letting it get in the way of dealing with the real issues.

And one of those issues, has crossed party lines. BOTH parties have been spending like mad and both have failed this country.

I think the dem party is a lost cause, but just maybe we can revive the Republican party. Blaming Obama, or linking him to everything under the sun will get in the way of that.

Its like rope a dope. Obama has become a nice tool to distract us from the fact that most of our politicians on both sides of the aisle have been selling us out for years....

I don't think for one moment that Obama is running the show. Look behind the curtain.

But where do the terrorists fit in? Are they part of it, if so how? They don't seem like the type Soros would invite to his Builderburg meetings in Switzerland. I think the terrorists are useful for justifying the expansion of government and the violation of constitutional rights (warrant less email sifting and so forth).

However, I don't think they are supported or assisted by any of the global power brokers (other than the obvious middle eastern sheiks). Even Russia and China are experiencing problems with the Islamo fascists.

FYI, as an aside... I actually talked to a guy that attends the Bilderburger meetings about them. My wife used to work for the current mayor of Houston, Bill White, and he is one of them. He told me that basically it was just a debating club where they discuss current issues. He went into some detail. I believed him... even though he did end up being a rotten boss to my wife.
