Aids was conceived as a money maker ... bilions upon billion were spent to stop its spread. Funny thing alongside ... this is a twofer, more bang for your buck ... kids don’t get thrown in jail or shot or stabbed, when they are at home and in bed by 10 on a school night.

Or receive tainted blood. Or substandard medical care, like that offered to veterans at VA hospitals. Or come into contact with tainted blood while providing first aid. Or have a monogamous sexual relationship with someone who has HIV. Or get raped. Or be born to a mother with HIV.
