Bystanders who, perhaps, are now saying, "Look at this wretchedly smelly crapfest we created. We sure hope we don't have to pay for any of this, 'cuz we weren't thinking that far ahead when we pulled the level for Barry the Boob. We would hate to have the consequences of our ill-considered actions come back to bite us in the collective butt."
