I can’t get the video to play but don’t the two names sound a lot alike? I can see an easy substitution if he slips into dialect.

“Maya” in Sanskrit means “illusion” and “untruth”.

A lot of Indonesian names are Sakskrit derived since about 5 or 600 years ago it was a Hindu kingdom before the Muslims came and slaughtered and forcibly converted their way to power there.
