Federal authorities were preparing to file criminal charges on Saturday night against a 24-year-old Denver shuttle bus driver, and two others as part of an ongoing federal terrorism investigation stretching from New York to Colorado to overseas, government officials said.

It is completely out of character for the FHI to do so. Over the years they have consistently provided press releases after the fact - they do not telegraph their punches.

You have a point. You would probably have to go back
to the press reporting and sourcing on Richard Jewel
and Dr. Hatfill (sp?). Many anonymous sources with a
lot of dirt. But, the shuttle driver in Denver is still
walking around. If they had some hard evidence they
would all be in jail. Will have to see what develops
but be skeptical of the feds.
