How on earth did this crackpot get a national TV show? Watch this amazing eight-minute monologue in which Glenn Beck interprets public art, and ties together the Rockefellers, communism, fascism, corporatism, the United Nations and the Obama White House together in a grand conspiracy. If this were in a movie, you wouldn't believe it. But this is on national TV, on Fox News, every weeknight:

Where's Beck getting this garbage? Listen to this 1976 speech by Beck guru W. Cleon Skousen, in which he cites Mormon prophecy to bolster his rant against the Rockefellers, the communists, and all kinds of "secret combinations" infiltrating everything, trying to destroy the Constitution at the direction of Satan.

I happen to believe he speaks the truth, the problem with some is that they are hoping what he says IS a conspiracy theory and not whats really happening in real time. Get on board, the time is now the place is now. Uncle sam needs you!

Glenn Beck is a deeply sincere, kinetic bundle of talent, a work in progress improving by the month. Even when I think Beck is off base or has gone a bit too far, I can’t help but like and respect him — and keep listening and watching.
For his part, Rod Dreher is a former conservative pundit who now expends a great deal of ink attacking Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck from a peculiar elitist perspective in which he champions "social justice" without calling it that, and finds the alternative media horribly distasteful and lowbrow. It will not be long before he wins the Strange New Respect Award from the Left for his contributions to bashing conservatives, especially if he writes a hit piece (as he has done before) about Sarah Palin.

I hope Mr. Dreher doesn’t stare directly at Glenn’s blackboard - it would be like looking at the sun! He would become blind and confused, then his head would explode.
(And with a nod to GB, blood would shoot out of his eyes and the skin would peel off his face.)
