From a freedom-loving perspective, it appears President Obama has the economic sense of a six-year-old child. Obama and his faithful administration are taking heat as of late due to their mismanagement of the American economy. This brings up their latest scheme, the American Clean Energy and Security Act, which imposes a tax on farts.

I believe this was part of
H.R. 2454, the “American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009,” commonly known as the “Cap and Trade” bill. But, for some reason, I seem to remember the flatulence provisions were removed before it passed the House. I’m pretty sure cows and sheep can fart freely, without worrying about the tax implications, at least for a while.
