An Internet list includes names of businesses, government buildings and university structures around Pittsburgh that protesters apparently plan to illegally target during the G-20 summit, Team 4 investigator Jim Parsons reported.
Many of the 100 sites are in the East Liberty, Shadyside, Oakland and Lawrenceville neighborhoods, away from the site of the global economic summit, which will be held Sept. 24-25 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center downtown.

androids?? How about miscreants?
Did you see the ‘artist’ who caused all kinds of trouble yesterday by leaving an ‘piece of art’ in his car that resembled a bomb? Typical hippie and the cops were smiling. All the time I’m thinking he did it to see if they’d notice. Artwork my arse.
My sis is going to be flying in from Florida next weekend and she’s already expecting delays because they’re going to be searching the planes, etc. Shouldn’t they be doing that anyway?
I think that if I were among Pittsburg's finest, I'd simply arrest the lefties after the skirmish, regardless of who won. It would be interesting seeing Cleveland and Pittsburgh fans fighting on the same side, though. If that is even possible.
thank you!!! and FReepmail coming your way.
Area 51 would be the perfect place for the G-20 to meet. ;o)
Hi RL, and the Parkway West? Will there be traffic issues as all of them leave our fair city next weekend? Hopefully, it will be business as usual by the time your sis has drive thru there.
You work at the brewery?
Around 100 State Police from troop H in Harrisburg are coming in. They love the overtime.
Just thinking, anyway the protesters can be diverted to the Hill?
Well, she can take Rt. 60 and a back way home. She’s in Moon Twp. But her hubby said that she will probably be delayed in Charlotte because they’ll want to go over the plane before it gets to Pittsburgh.
This is a non-profit, PITA and I don’t mean the animal nuts.
I don’t think this is going to do anything for business in Pittsburgh, except maybe damage the ones already there. I’d like to call this Ravenstahl’s Folly but I don’t know if it’s all his fault.
LOL (well, maybe its not that funny) but kudos on ‘Ravenstahl’s Folly.’ Wonder if we will see that on the plywood nailed up on store fronts (like they paint messages to the coming hurricanes in the South)?

I doubt they would want to do that. I think the strategy ought to be to keep them away from residential areas and on the low ground- less places for them to hide, particularly among the office buildings which all have security.
I know you’re thinking about a little slum clearance, but the city has already completed much of that in the Hill District-particularly in those areas closest to downtown, and they are working on the new Civic Arena on Centre Ave.
Heck, I should have invested in plywood earlier this summer. I would have made a killing.
I think you need new friends.
Where my daughter works they ARE plywooding the windows...and they were thinking of ‘clever’ things to put on the boards (like they do in Hurricane country). I texted her Renee’s prophetic ‘Ravenstahl’s Folly’ but I don’t think they’ll use it.
Right now, I think they are just drawing curtains :)
There’s something distractive about the number and location of these ‘targets’ but I just can’t put my finger on it.
That has to be the nicest bus driver hat I’ve ever seen.
How about ‘we love hippies!’? ‘Tofu is king’? ‘Luke, you’re a puke’? ‘Smelly is beautiful’?
