Wait until the Ogallala Aquifer is tapped out and Nebraska attacks Iowa for its water. That aside, the opposite of conserve is waste; why would you want to waste anything, let alone water? You recognize water as the just about the only resource vital to all life on this planet, don't you? And you understand the resource is finite? We ruin water all the time - and we just can't make more.
