VA’s Congressmen include Rick Boucher and Robert Scott (both of whom are rumored to be light in the loafers), and until a few years ago had Ed Schrock (who was caught on tape soliciting a gay prostitute). How could yet another U.S. Representative from VA be (allegedly) gay?
