Korea and Iran convince me that the world powers have an agreement not to do anything. Otherwise, someone would have done something other than obfuscate, delay, and lie.

Israel, on the other hand, is face-to-face with a madman in charge of a nuke and in range of Israel.

The document drafted by senior officials at the International Atomic Energy Agency is the clearest indication yet that the agency's leaders share Washington's views on Iran's weapon-making capabilities.

You will notice that the press covers for the incompetence of the administration. Obama's reaction, "Oh, we knew this all the time". I guess that is why they have followed their submissive policy?

Imagine, now Iran knows they have at least a three year pass to perfect a delivery system. While people can argue that Bush had the opportunity but didn't pull the trigger the fact is the Dems and their media sycophants are to primarily to blame for their consistent lies/protests/accusations on Iraq that weakened any Bush action at the time.

Now Obama has not only let any shred of regime change die (and not a word about the crack down) but has enabled and emboldened Iran and Russia alike and will be fully responsible for anything either country does for here on out. Reset? How about Reload.

Well - European libs have been smugly lecturing us on how peaceful and good the Iranians are for years and years and years.

Going to be interesting to see how Europe reacts if Iran does launch a bomb....

At this point I don't really see a strategic downside to Iran actually going ahead and testing one (from their point of view). 0bama threw in his hole cards to the Russians and sanctions are useless once the first one goes off. A regional power becomes a superpower once the potential of a genuine attack turns into first a proven threat, and then an umbrella.

And so the arms race in the Middle East kicks into high gear. We're hardly likely to be able to tell, say, the Saudis or the Egyptians, "don't proliferate; we'll protect you," in view of what we just did to Poland and the Czech Republic. That "useless" missile shield turns out to have had a use after all - credibility - and 0bama just folded.

When your thread was up I went to Drudge and saw nothing on this. I suppose the admin did too and pulled the thread.

You must see things before others on Drudge LOL as I found this on accident looking for past IRAN articles as proof they were reported months away from nuke capability.

Im sorry you can have the thread back. This is all too nuts.

I believe that the choices of Afghanistan and Iraq as the opening rounds of the WOT were really aimed at boxing in Iran. If Iraq hadn’t become such a political problem (due to misreading the potential strength of the insurgency) we would have dealt with Iran about 2006. But by then the Domestic eNemies of ameriCa(DNC)had made any further overt OR covert actions re. the war politically untenable. Bush should have just gone ahead and started the enevitable war with Iran, as it turns out. Not like his poll numbers could have gone any lower!

Now that the US has caved on missile defense in Eastern Europe, the IAEA has been cleared to reveal the truth about Iran by Russian. Look for them to now get on board for week sanctions and further negotiations.

Iran has enough uranium to make a bomb.

0bama scraps the missile shield in Poland.

It’s the 70th anniversary of the Russian invasion of Poland.

Russia will get a missile shield installed at a Russian airbase in Azerbaijan (according to Debka; who knows if that’s true...)

Israeli MP says Russian missile sale to Iran may force Israel to strike.

Israelis making noise that striking Iran is their only option and the time to do so is limited, and that 0bama’s actions re: the missile shield may force them into it.

Will something happen? Well, I’ve been hearing this “Israel is going to strike/Iran has enough uranium for a bomb” stuff for years. I’ll believe it when I SEE Israeli planes bomb Natanz.

I happened to have Drudge up when it auto refreshed and the headline showed up, link and all. Maybe your browser went with an earlier Drudge page when you refreshed. Stranger things have happened.

I think the admin's support giving Drudge a heads up but want a link to an actual article. I could be wrong.

Either way I have to admit it's fun to have a scoop of a scoop but as Reagan once said, "I don't care who gets the credit as long as it's done." Or something like that.
