Linda McMahon Now Running As Republican for Senate Donated to The DNC!
Political Lore ^

Posted on 09/17/2009 6:37:09 AM PDT by DecoyJames

"As for Linda McMahon, conservatives may find her political donation record more than troubling. She donated an astounding $15,000 to the Democratic National Campaign Committee between the years of 2006-2007. She also has donated $7,800 to Rahm Emanuel, the same Emanuel who is President Obama’s chief of staff and leading the charge on the Obama administration’s liberal agenda. It may only be a matter of time before McMahon is labeled a political opportunist."

Why would someone spend $25 million for a job that pays $174,000?

***
That 174K is only the over-the-table money. After becoming Washington insiders, many of them wind up with much more dough than that.

And the perks....

Senate Seat: $25M
Access to MO’s fashion tips: priceless

If she wins the seat, we may well see her rockin’ the kitchen curtains look....

Oh, Laz, I truly did LOL!

I know, I know, with your sophisticated humor, one should realize what you mean. But you have got to understand that there are FReepers who just don’t get it and read everything in its literal sense.

If she gets elected, watch her pull an Arlen Specter and switch parties.

She could be a RINO or she could be a conservative business person giving money to the grifters in the Dim party to keep them away from her business?

Wow, this is actually a very clever tactic by the DNC (Democrat Neo-Communists). In fact, I would not be surprised if old Rahm wasn’t behind this one himself. They know that Chris Dodd is in trouble in CT. They also know he probably won’t step down as Senator. (Can you imagine Lieberman II) But they can still protect his seat by running their own RINO against him. It’s a win-win for them if she makes it.

Linda McMahon can do like McCain and decide not to run against her opponent, Dodd. Or she can intentionally make mistakes causing her to lose the general election. But if the people are so fed up they won’t vote for Dodd no matter what she does to lose, she’ll win and still be controlled by the democrats.

Before they were just running phony conservatives against RINOs and hoping to win. Now they’re leaving nothing to chance. These commies are serious about taking over this country.

Peter Schiff and a couple of NE RINOs, IIRC.

You certainly covered that one very well! Maybe you ought to send this to a Connecticut ping list, if there is one!

I thought just being married to the wrestling goober would be enough to eliminate her.

CT, running for Dodd’s seat in the senate.

So she's a Democrat who is too cowardly to take on Dodd directly.

No surprise here - the CEO of an enterprise which fakes a sport as entertainment is running as a fake Republican.

Let’s see if the fake conservative RNC now backs her over Schiff

Almost sounds like something the Democrats would put her up to to insure they get a candidate in the seat.

I am convinced that the dogmatic left have been running Democrats as Trojan Horse Republicans for years. That's why it is so difficult for Republicans to maintain party unity on votes. Just because something sounds like a conspiracy theory doesn't mean it's not true.

Did the WWE also contribute large sums to Republicans? The last thing an entertainment industry with questionable value needs is to be on the bad side of a politician. Strategically placed donations often keep the wolves away.

It's crazy to think a conservative can win in a liberal state.

Like Kentucky? Where the GOP establishment is running a Clinton supporter in the primary?

When talking liberal states I'll gladly take a RINO who will vote right half the time though over a Democrat will will vote wrong 100% of the time.

The problem with this analysis is what we have here is not a mere RINO, but an actual Democrat.

McMahon is a complete fraud—she is running to spend millions and disrupt the GOP field as a favor to Dodd. DO NOT SUPPORT HER.
