Sex with underage Latino women is a big problem in Los Angeles right now. I was told by a health care professional who does work on these victims that they typically are sexually assaulted by relatives. These young women around 12 years of age are frequently getting serious secondary infections because their bodies are not able to effectively deal with the male fluid. Don't know if its a cultural problem or gang related.
I just have to say it -
12 yr old GIRLS are CHILDREN. Not “young women”.
