The search is on for a Glendale man who has been missing since Saturday. Cornelius Hardy, who often goes by Neil, was last seen Saturday evening at his home near 67th Avenue and Deer Valley Road in Glendale. Hardy's family said the 41-year-old Palo Verde engineer is consistent in his routine and that it's not at all like him to simply disappear. They said they have checked his credit cards and cell-phone records and found no activity since Saturday. Hardy has high security clearance at the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant, where he works. His family said all of his security clearance badges are at his home.
Hardy, an engineer at the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant, is a black man who is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 185 pounds. He drives a silver Ridgeline Honda truck with black rims and the Arizona license plate GOWTIT. That vehicle is also missing.

did anything “disappear” with him?
OK, I know other people do this for a living and stuff, and there are experts and all, but the first place I'd look is at Neil's.
He’s walking the Appalachian trail?
Has this part of AZ received much rain in the past few days? Any big arroyos around where this man lives?
“Hes walking the Appalachian trail?”
Does he have a wife?
Did he ask her permission first before disappearing?
Nope. No rain here.
Beautiful family. My heart goes out to his wife.
Just a theory.
Yes. His silver Ridgeline Honda truck with black rims and the Arizona license plate GOWTIT.
