The Hill: Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) said that it's not enough for African-Americans to levy allegations of racism against the right-leaning protesters, and that the media must look into their views.

"I want those people talked to; I want them interviewed," Waters told the liberal Bill Press Radio show in a podcast. "I want journalists to be all over those rallies and the marches with the birthers and the teabaggers."

It’s been a long while since there were riots in her LA district, maybe she needs a new TV.

Waters? What a piece of intelligence she it. What rock did she come out from? This woman is one of the most ignorant fools I have ever hear utter a word. Perfect example why all of House and Senate critters should be put out to pasture so we wouldn’t have to step in their droppings. (Had to clean it up)

Her district is "the hood" and LAX. There are some nice middle class neighborhoods in the corners of it, but the center line runs through the most pathetic part of LA. Sadly her distict is not ** all ** of the hood. Compton, for instance lies outside it to the east. There are a lot of poor, angry, disfunctional black people in the ghettos of LA. She is their representative. So, in a sense our democracy is working as designed. Here is a link to the map of her district.

She says in the video she doesn’t know what the protesters in the rallies want! She’s inviting us to “clue” her in - I know it’s an impossibility to get anything through that woman’s head - I’ve watched her for years. But let’s take her at her word (ahem!) and flood her office with emails and phone calls so she can hear just what it is we are objecting to.

She’s pretty safe talking to Bill Press but let her subject herself to questions from conservative talk radio or FOX News. Not going to happen. She is a witch - pure and simple - not so sure about pure but I am sure about the simple!
