Watch him crash and burn from here. The Health Care Bill out has ZERO chance of passing and his base is going to get very disenchanted with Mr. Brilliant not being able to pass legislation even though they own both houses.

Heading back in the right direction.

After 5 Sunday show appearances and the entire hour on David Letterdorks' show, I wonder if his approval will go up.

Down down down.

His speech euphoria to his supporters dazzles for a few days and then they all wake up again out of the coma.

While Obama has received a bounce in the strongly approve/disapprove numbers, his overall approval is unchanged.
Overall, 49% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President's performance. Fifty-one percent (51%) now disapprove.

“One week after the President’s address to Congress, opposition to his health care proposal has reached the highest level yet recorded.

Just 12% of voters nationwide believe most opponents of the President’s plan are racists. Republicans and unaffiliated voters overwhelmingly reject that notion but Democrats are more evenly divided.”

Theres that 12% again, funny that the 12% that think we are racists just happens to be the exact percentage of AA’s. Coincidence?

I'm not so sure that the Health Care Bill won't pass..."Dingy" Harry has promised the nuclear option and too many Blue Dogs are being pinched by Nasty Nancy in the House. I suspect OWEbummer will get something.

The Rasmussen tracking polls have done some weird flip-flops during the last week. Looking at their generic Congressional poll, the Democrats went from -7 to +1 in a week (it’s a weekly poll). I can only guess that it is following the turnaround in the healthcare plan support and the presidential popularity poll, and it is lagging them because it is a weekly sample. It wouldn’t surprise me to see it go back to a minus number for the Dems next week, just as the daily polls have done.

Make no mistake, there will be a health care bill. The only question is what will be in it. Obama and the Dems must produce something just to save face.

The 12% must include all the msm. They are the ones who seem to think this is all about race.

Good to see the numbers heading back into the right direction, especially with support of 0dumboCare at an all-time low @ 42%. Interesting how precipitously that level of support dropped — by 9% over two days.. looks like that dead cat bore a deeper hole into the floor. Interesting.

Obama is definitely swimming against a strong undertow. If he’s not careful he’ll look up one day and find he’s been swept off into the middle of the Bermuda triangle.
