He made an interesting statement on Fox just a few minutes ago. That the charge of racism is used to deflect the argument. Instead of answering the charge of lying, the force you into apologizing for your perceived racism.

He’s right.

Calling someone a racist is an ad Hominem attack. It is an admission of defeat.

The moment it happens (and it happens a LOT) I reply "you're a tired old race-baiter who just lost the argument".
