Orly Taitz does not feel it is important to investigate further into any documents that backup Obama's claim to Hawaiian birth. She says that she does not have the money to do so However, her legal team is free to pay their own way. Her whole legal team works for free and pays their own expenses. She had the nerve to tell me to get a job when I requested that she send me her another of her free legal team to Sacramento, CA to investigate the birth announcenment of Obama. All this after she tells the court that she fears for my life. I've been running around the world, blowing through thousands of dollars while this lady has been selling her body to legal team members rather than cough up expenses. She wont pay for anything unless I testify to her version of the STORY. No thanks Orly, I'll find my own my home. Keep your plane ticket.

Some of the legal opinions submitted by Mr. Kreeps appear very well written. However, according to Orly, his lack of urgency and delinquency caused undue conflict and delays in the Lightfoot vs. Bowen case which was frustrating because (according to my understanding) that was a case that would’ve been difficult to dismiss on standing.
Also, when Judge Carter proposed to render a decision on the Motion To Dismiss on 9/11/09, after just indicating a strong likelihood of denial, he objected and postponed this case another MONTH ! I personally found this egregiously unconscionable ! We FINALLY have a case with an ‘ethical’ judge who gives a strong indication of ruling against a MTD and he “OBJECTS” to it ???? Maybe in his own mind, he really felt the need to familiarize himself with the defendant’s MTD, but A LOT can happen within a month. Example : discovery has now been referred back to the other judge which could very well adversely impact the direction of this case.
Atty. Kreeps is also of the opinion that dual citizenship is “OK” as long as one is born on U.S. soil. This is an issue that Atty. Apuzzo and Leo Donofrio have made a strong case against. Even in Resolution 511, the Democratic panel (which included Obama himself) stated McCain was qualified because he was born on a U.S. naval base and was a child of “U.S. citizens.” (PLURAL !)
This is tantamount to a “self proclaimed disqualification” on the part of the Usurper and should be brought to the court’s attention. Just my take.
I was wondering the same thing. Seems like a legitimate update to the current and widely posted upon BC issue.

I don’t know what any of these cutsie little acronyms and internet/text abbreviations are either. I kinda don’t want to...I might end up actually using some of them. I like to see complete thoughts and fully-spelled words. Pretty rare these days.

I am starting to come to the painful realisation that Orly is the star of a false-flag operation to discredit and distract the Birther movement. The incompetence, the poor interview performance, the grandiose courtroom-inappropriate rhetoric, and now this. Would Russia have an interest in screwing up our Republic this way? I think so.
I would suggest putting our support behind another attorney persuing this, but I can’t for the life of me remember who they are ... guess that’s a sign that this ploy worked :-(.
I'm not sure Orly is but I am certain Lucas is. There was a big push to dump a bunch of bogus BCs all over the place, some with obvious jokes like mocking birthers in Dutch in the watermark of the document. WND initially even called Lucas's BC bogus until Orly picked up on it.

Lucas: I find it interesting that you said Orly doesn't seem to want to pursue discovery of Obama’s HI BC anymore. This makes me think that she believes that the two Kenya BCs she has together are sufficient to demonstrate that Obama was born in Kenya and the Obama legal team will then be forced to produce his HI vital records to refute the Kenya BCs. Of the two Kenya documents, if both are validated, the 1964 Lavender certification may be perceived by Orly to be more important as the paper, typewriter inks and signature inks can be traced to 1964. Your 2009 certified photocopy of a 1961 BC is, I think, best used as supporting evidence for the 1964 document because Kenya won't likely cooperate in validating your document. I think your best bet is to stay in this federal case with these plaintiffs who unlike any previous plaintiffs appear to be on the verge going to trial with standing through Orly's efforts, learning curve for her and all!
Lucas: I am not an attorney but I went through a 5 year custody battle in which I was charged with wiretapping my ex-wife when she called my son and vervally abused him in our home. This is a very dangerous area legally and I recommend that you not post any more information about that or about any lie episodes that in your opinion occurred with Orly. The opposition is reading this and will use it to “impeach” (destroy the credibility of) both you and Orly together and separately and destroy the case of the plaintiffs that you are supposed to be helping! You may need to seek your own attorney representation and discuss these matters with them, not here, interesting as it is.
I strongly advise that you take down your heartfelt, honest, but ill-advised post regarding Orly and Kreep ASAP!
