The fourth installment of James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles's undercover report on ACORN is supposed to drop within the hour at BigGovernment.com and will be aired on Glenn Beck at 5:00 p.m. This time the duo took their sting operation to California, where an employee named Theresa confesses that she killed her allegedly abusive husband, and laid some "groundwork" beforehand. Beck aired portions of the video on his radio show today, and Leslie Sherman of The D.C. Writeup wrote it up:
10:54am: As the audio continues, James divulges his aspirations to run for an elected office someday. In enthusiastic response, Theresa says she speaks with Congressman and Senators every day. She names Senator Barbara Boxer and Senator McCleod, and 62nd district Assemblywoman Wilmer Amina Carter. Theresa says that “Eden’s” prostitution money would be an asset to him in his quest to become a Senator or Representative.11:01am: Regarding the legislators that she speaks with, Theresa says that they (most likely herself and their ACORN office) are lobbying these law makers in behalf of health care reform. Apparently, this “non-partisan” organization that gets government money for housing assistance is using tax dollars for health care lobbying.
11:15am: Theresa discloses that her ex-husband abused her and “beat the hell out of” her. She then continues to confess, “I killed him . . . . I shot him.” She notes that she had laid some “groundwork” beforehand. When James and Hannah question her as to whether he was abusing her when she killed him, she says that he was not at that moment, but she knew he was going to, she said, “I knew it was coming.”
Should be an interesting video. Will the mainstream media cover the ACORN story now?

Mr. Beck is a true patriot, a courageous American hero, and if there was a modern-day Paul Revere, he’d be him.
I hope he’s staying safe. I can’t imagine the personal danger he and his family are in. He’s shining a very bright flashlight into some very dark corners that people with a great deal power and money have a vested interest in.
Of course, I assume that the “powers that be” also realize that if anything happens to Mr. Beck, this country is going to absolutely erupt in a manner that is not favorable to them.
Have to wonder how many ACORN employees are WORRIED that they are going to be exposed but won’t ever be because being “business as usual” the crooks that they aided and abetted REALLY WERE crooks and not an undercover news team.
Someone ought to check and see if he voted.

I listened to some of the audio snippets Glenn Beck broadcast on his radio show this A.M. The claims by the ACORN organizer in San Bernadino were so outlandish that I am concerned that O’Keefe, Giles and Glenn Beck are being punked. I hope they did their homework before releasing this one.
Not to mention that this proves that conservative women are beautiful; Hannah Giles is a looker! ;)

Why does their lawyer “levinson” still have a law license?
No way he can NOT know about all this illegal conduct.
These two really were smart by going to a whole bunch of offices and building up this stockpile of videos. The one by one release is really effective and especially after ACORN has been caught lying about it failing in other cities.
They’ve been fired from the census, are about to be totally defunded by the govt.
The WH of course will throw them under the bus and abandom them instantly. Just like they did Jones, Wright, Power, Pfleger, Freeman and any other controversial group or person tied to him. They are all expendable.
But ACORN is a big base of support for Obama and when they realize he’s abandoning them to their fate they won’t be happy. I doubt it’ll have ahuge impact but you can bet that in 2010/2012 they won’t be as effective as they were last year and that will matter. Hopefully other supporters will see that Obama never fights for anyone and he’ll toss you overboard at the drop of a hat.
Not bad for Beck and the others. Jones is gone. ACORN is gone. Who’s next?
And why does FOX keep him at 5PM? His ratings in primetime would probably top network newscasts.
