It is time to bring out the RICO statute against ACORN and their affiliates which is numerous from all accounts. Heard last night that someone said they are like a mafia operation so the DA in NY who has all the experience in prosecuting the mafia is now looking into ACORN.

“...It is time to bring out the RICO statute against ACORN...”

The question from everyone at work here is “Where the F^<K is the FBI?”

Some of the prosecutor firings were because the prosecutors refused to bring RICO charges against ACORN for voter fraud. Instead they chose to prosecute the low level employees and assess a small fine on the ACORN office.

ACORN was responsible for handing the 2004 governor's office to Christine Gregoire on the third recount.
