It’s not a hate crime against blacks, so who cares.
Wish they’d work that diligently on other cases of random graffiti vandalism, and apply the same penalty. Wonder what ever happened to all being equal before the law?
Waiting for the local media here to label it a hate crime ... like the Muslim who shot up a Jewish center here killing one woman and wounding six others ... no hate crime there ...
