Individual Responsibility. Beginning in 2013, all US citizens and legal residents would be required to purchase health insurance or have health coverage from an employer, through a public program (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP), or through some other source that meets the minimum creditable coverage standard. Exemptions from the requirement would be allowed for religious objections allowed under Medicare and for undocumented immigrants. Individuals who choose to keep the plan they have today would be deemed to have satisfied the requirement.

What "shared responsibility?" I don't find that term in the US Constitution. who's to say what I spend my money on? None of your darn business.
So citizens have to pay to play or get targeted by the IRS with a penalty BUT illegal aliens are not required to submit to Big Brother.
Notice there is no exemption for people who can show sufficient resources (i.e. $100,000 or more). This isn't about free riding at all. It's about federal control of your health care, your body and your person.

I have religious objections.
That won’t mean spit if your aren’t a member of the ‘right religions’ (everything BUT Christian).
The Obizmal chant that nothing comes into effect until 2013 is tempting becuz we think that we will win over votes in 2010 and repeal all of this mess is worthless, folks.
They; Obama, Soros, et.al., care nothing about health reform...health insurance changes may not take effect until 2013, but the capture of all of our information begins January 01, 2010. The bill will give the IRS permission to tap into all of our bank accounts...the Bill will allow the IRS to do many, many, many things to intrude into our lives in order to hold us to the fire and to take funds from us when WE DO NOT DO THE GOV BIDDING.
All of this infiltration into our personal life will not begin when the gov mandated start of changes begin...it will begin immediately. After all, they will say, it takes time to set up the infrastructure and we must begin immediately to capture all info needed for this!!!
Again, health reform will not begin, in the bill, until 2013...the set up and info grab begins as soon as it passes. Do you think this Alinsky fu&ks want our health to be good???? No...they want to categorize, track and control our lives!!!
They are not going to give this up, are they? They’ll just keep pushing this deathcare until something sticks. It’s not about healthcare. It’s about control. That’s how you enslave people.
This will reduce everything down to the lowest denominator. Once it becomes law, it will be there forever and they will “fine tune” it until they get it to where it’s intended to be. We’ll be at the mercy of some idiot behind a desk making life and death decisions for us.
And just to make things a bit more interesting, it will include all of the illegals and all their extended families. Every uncle, cousin, aunt, etc. will be coming here for treatment and staying. And there you have it. A permanent voting underclass. Job done.
Every single person who marched on Washington has to go march on their neighbors. 2010 should be about one thing: Getting rid of these buttheads who want to control our lives. And if that means that we step up to the plate and run ourselves, even against the most entrenched con artists there are, we have to, else it’s all lost.
