How in the world can such a massive and critical piece of legislation go as far as this one has and still have basic issues which are NOT addressed? And, if something as basic as qualifications for access to the proposed health care is still unclear .. what ELSE is there in the proposed ‘bill’ that our representatives have overlooked or are deliberately glossed over????

Because when you don't really care about health care, but instead want a transfer of power to the Executive, and a means to put the clampdown on everybody, the more vague the legislation the better. That way you can "fill in the details" later.
