How in the world can such a massive and critical piece of legislation go as far as this one has and still have basic issues which are NOT addressed?
Because when you don't really care about health care, but instead want a transfer of power to the Executive, and a means to put the clampdown on everybody, the more vague the legislation the better. That way you can "fill in the details" later.

That POS ‘legislation’ was thrown together BEFORE the final election and, once in the WH, “O” handed it off to Congress for a rubber stamp. Everything about it says ‘railroad’.
“O” is a tool and I would bet anything he can't HIMSELF speak with any familiarity or authority on this ‘legislation’ OR answer questions in any detail! He got had and now he is trying to diddle the rest of the country.
