From Orly Taitz Facebook page:

Judge Land in the Middle district of GA continued hearing of Cpt Connie Rhodes, MD v Obama et al to tomorrow, Monday 09.14.09. 12 noon. I need patriots in the courtroom to support Connie. I am taking yet another red eye to GA, my eyes are really getting red

If her skills as a dentist are on par with her skills as an attorney then you’re braver than I am.

LOL!

Would you rather the case be ignored? Having people there keeps the spot light on.

Since when do courtroom cheerleaders influence a decision?

Hint: they're more likely to p--- off a judge then make him more sympathetic to a "cause."

I haven’t seen anything posted on her Facebook. I did find this article from the Ledger Enquirer:
http://www.ledger-enquirer.com/news/story/839473.html

Judge Land said he will issue a ruling by noon Wednesday. He says the burden of proof is on Capt. Rhodes.

Sounds like Orly might have been better off leaving the argument open ended ,, that there has never been any documentation presented that the Chain of Command is valid, the assumption would be that it IS valid but that would lead (I think) to a strong appeal.. she could have called on the DNC people that vetted Dear Leader and had them testify.
