Filmmaker responds to ACORN's lawsuit |
(Excerpt) Read more at foxnews.com ...
Good for him. Don’t be bullied.
I’m sure lots of people will support him if he does happen to get hauled into a banana courtroom by ACORN ... which if he’s got more of these films wouldn’t be a particularly smart thing to do.
Then again, this is ACORN and they haven’t shown themselves to be a high IQ bunch so far.
It’s all just a racist plot you know.
Them crackers just can’t stand a black man in office....
both of these “kids” have their careers set! fox should hire them NOW!
Nice to see backbone, not like a lot of our ‘bi-partisan’ limp wrist, go slow socialist RINO Republicans.
I think they (COI) are hoping people won't connect the two names so that COI can continue its corrupt activities unnoticed.
Who knows, maybe COI will partner with the Census Bureau now that they've (the Census folks) cut ties with ACORN...
They clearly have more tapes. ACORN are fools for saying anything.

A good Lawyer during discovery. I don’t think Acorn would risked that.
FOX doesn’t appear to be too concerned. ACORN is threatening them over showing the tapes but they continue to do it. I’m guessing there is a lot more to come.
2 American Heroes
Good point and thanks for puting that to the fore.
I’m going to refer to them as ACORN/COI from now on.
It’s only a minor, peripheral detail, but I love the fact that the tapes again illustrate the contrast between the sort of female adherents liberalism attracts, and the sort conservatism attracts.
[FOX doesnt appear to be too concerned. ACORN is threatening them over showing the tapes but they continue to do it.]
The small amount possible from an illegal taping incident is dwarfed by the theater created by being the only news organization with the story.
Exactly.
One could replace Geraldo and the other could replace Shepard Smith. (the female could kick either of their arses I am sure)
I was watching TV last night, nothing in particular, just flipping channels. I turned over the MSNBC and they had a special program on about some Nigerian scam. Guess what . . . it was an undercover expose with hidden cameras interviewing some unsuspecting Nigerian guy. It’s ok for MSNBC to secretly tape someone but not for O’Keefe and Hannah? Double standard? You decide . . .
Fox/Murdock/Beck and numerous legal departments looked at the repercussions before airing. ACORN would never take this in to a courtroom, fearing full disclosure. And if they did, worse would come of ACORN then any one else. Standby for more to come. Multiple more tapes to come from jurisdictions without the same legal issues.
The pathetic part of this whole this is that ACORN was already under investigation when these tapes were made.
If this is their “best behavior”, then close them down NOW.
Go ahead ACORN dumbasses, a court case will shine the light on ALL of your illegal activities.
Maybe the Conservatives should start a group called Squirrel, and then change the name to Community Organized Meals.
