VANCOUVER, Wash. – A man accused of crawling into bed with a 5-year-old boy last Friday and raping him was in court Tuesday.
Joe Juillermo Fajardo, 26, has no known criminal record according to prosecutors, but Mike Vaughn, a deputy prosecuting attorney, said allegations against Fajardo are disturbing.
“The defendant entered an occupied home at night, crept into the bedroom of a 5-year-old boy and preceded to rape him,” he said.
The child’s mother, who declined to be identified, said Fajardo was in her son’s bed and was naked. She said she woke to hear her son’s screams shortly before 1 a.m. Friday.
“I made him get out of bed [and] made him walk to the front door. I opened the front door and told him to get out,” she said.
Fajardo’s sister, Martha, said she is shocked over what her brother is accused of doing. She and her brother live in the same neighborhood as the victim.
She said she can’t make sense of the charges but thinks her brother may have been drunk.
“This is disgusting,” Martha said. “I said, ‘My God,’ what he did, I can’t believe it.”
The KATU On Your Side Investigators learned from immigration and customs officials that Fajardo is suspected of being in the United States illegally from the country of Ecuador.
But if we passed Obamacare he would’ve received free and necessary psychological counseling and he would never do such a thing again.

Heck, that’s nothing. Here in Southern CA, we’ve got a guy who murdered a prostitute that was deported to Mexico for serious crimes at least twice and made it back a third time to continue his violence against our citizens.
People, our border is a sieve. Imagine the terrorists that are flooding through our southern borders along with the criminals.
There is a reason for the right to keep and bear arms, and it is that a well regulated Militia is necessary to the security of a free State. In addition to security against the excesses of a tyrant (such as obama might become if we are careless), that includes the security of families against a more localized form of evil. She should have exercised her 2nd Amendment rights, waited for him to bleed out, and then dialed 911.

Dear God, I can’t imagine that horror for the little boy or his mom. The freak sneaking in in the middle of the night and then...? And his sister excusing it - must have been drunk? It’s sickening.
No kidding. The dirty POS would never have made it to my front door.
Worry not only about the people that come across the southern border, but worry about what is smuggled across. Think nuclear, think biological warfare agents, etc. They are being stockpiled in this country to attack us even as you read this.
