912Project, ResistNet, Tea Party Nation, and many others are all organizing by state and congressional district. They are all going to list names of candidates. More work going on that way as grassroots than the GOP right now.

And quite frankly, I think that is a good thing.

I believe the people are charged up enough now that they will make sure that they vote for people who are going to turn this around...IOW, no more RINOs, etc.
