Now It is Time to Identify Leaders to Run Against the Entrenched Politicians (Shameless Vanity)

We have been to Teaparties. We have had one big gathering in DC. We have been together and talking to each other at town, city, and state levels. It is time to identify and support new leadership for our country. New representitives, new senators, new state congressmen, new judges, new sherrifs, and most of all a new president who will be ready to hit the ground running. We need all new elected officials who are not status-quo. We need them at every level and many to grow with the job. Clean people who can clean house.

Look around you. Encourage those outstanding speakers and outstanding minds that have impressed you. Encourage them to consider becomeing a true citizen politician.

It is time to form a new alliance, a conservative alliance. Look around for leaders. Look at yourself.

It’s going to be tough trying to find any decent Americans who want to put themselves and their families through the crap you have to go through in Washington these days. Look what the commie piggies and their toadie fags on the internet did to Sarah and her family. Politics is only for scumbags these days.

I am supporting Stephan Andrew Brodhead for Congressional District 1 to replace David Wu.

I am active in that campaign. Time to walk the talk.

We need ABSOLUTE SCRUTINY of the people who are currently in.....and the ones who are planning to run. A ‘list’ needs to be kept here. JMO.

I think it's time for the Tea Partiers (myself included) to start becoming aggressively involved in the Republican Party. I attend my local Tea Party Town Hall meeting each month, and I can't help but think that this meeting could be appended to a local Republican Party meeting.

This seems like a good strategy to me, but I'd be happy to hear any counter-proposals.

Right On! We all must walk the walk. The time for talk is done. We must find Conservatives to run for office. We need reformers who will keep their honesty in the face of all the money that will tempt them. We must clean house. This must be an almost religious movement to purge corruption on all levels, in the Congress, state houses, ad city halls. We need to form a new America—an America that the founders envisioned. We need art (The other side has art) we need songs to sing, we need a new banner so that all will know we are reformers. We need a symbol—I suggest a pitchfork.

As I observed on another thread, this is a movement waiting for a leader who is knowledgeable, informed, articulate and authentic. No more “in name only” so-called “conservatives.” A true leader must be committed, as were the Founders of America, to sacrifice their “lives, property, and sacred honor” for this hour in American history! Nothing else is worthy of what previous generations of Americans were willing to die to preserve. It is a matter of liberty versus tyranny, not Party versus Party.

We need to look outside the box as well. We may be republicans or independents, but we have got to look for people we can wholeheartedly support. I am volunteering my time. I am not paid, and I have a position of some responsibility! I am willing to do that!

Look for people who matchyour philosophy, not those who are rich, have funding or who are the picks of the Party establishment/elite. Their day is done. Both sides of the isle have screwed us. To hell with em. The GOP didn’t organize todays events, WE DID.

We don’t need them anymore.

We can do this, and we don’t need multi-million dollar campaign treasuries to do it with. If we lead, and if we keep true to our roots, the REAL people of America, we CAN DO THIS.

WE ARE THE REVOLUTION. WE ARE THE SARAH PALIN’S of AMERICA!

I for one am DONE with political parties. I am out to represent the real people of America, and I am walkin the talk. Actions speak louder than words and we know what the GOP and the DNC have done. Time to kick em ALL to the curb.

CAN YOU HEAR US NOW WASHINGTON D.C.?

I just lost my first election(Lewis Central School District Iowa) on the 8th. I got 66 votes. You would be surprised how easy it is to get on the ballot for lower level offices. GO FOR IT!
