Barack Obama lied not once in his Health Care speech but twice -- and not on inconsequential issues, but big ones. The lies were direct and were compounded by the fact that he accused others of lying because they called him on his lies. Joe Wilson who sat on the congressional committees which reviewed the amendments that were then killed which would have required people to prove they're citizens. Of course! The Democrats are for open-borders and Obama is too. They lie all the time about their agendas. What we need is Republicans who refuse to apologize for telling the truth. Republicans with balls who will tell them they are liars to their face.
We have a few voices like this with a national reach: Limbaugh, Beck, Coulter. We need more -- particularly we need more in Congress. The Democrats will lie about war and peace. They lied about Iraq and took down a President who didn't have the courage to call them on it. If you don't call them on it, they destroy you with their lies. That's the lesson of the Bush years. Be nice and be buried.

Actually, I want them to push the Wilson thing.

He should apologize in front of Congress and say....”I apologize for saying the truth.” ... and sit down.

Before Wilson apologizes on the House Flood, maybe Wilson should have Congress ask Nancy Pelosi explain why is her signature is on 2 documents that was a copy of one of the other and altered, and the altered one sent to the States as confirmation for Obama’s eligibility.

More Republicans should speak up and/or walk out!! I would loosen my wallet if they did so.
Wilson should feint that he is going to comply, then go up to the podium and give a long presentation documenting the lies that Obama has told on the issue of health care reform.

That would be great, but I would bet the Dems would cut his mike. If you go on line a look at the C-Span discussions of this bill, everytime a Republican would try to make an amendment to the bill they were basically told to sit down and shut up.
Obama’s got a lot of nerve to even suggest that the Republican haven’t brought any ideas to the table.
I agree with your thoughts on this. It’s disgusting what is taking place in Congress at the behest of the leadership there and at the White House.
If everyone of us replace our current ineffective Congressman with a person who SWEARS they will stand up and fight for all these issues we are screaming about we MIGHT get a foot hold to taking this country back from the fools who are now in power.
I am guessing the “brazen democrats” didn’t demand this on the Mall today.......LOL. I saw lots of support for Joe among the folks today.

The Democrats are reporting that Wilson’s opponent has received over a million dollars in campaign donations since Wilson called out “You lie”.
I wonder where that money came from? Does anyone know if the donors are reported?
That is the problem, you apologize and Dems recognize the weakness and go in for the kill. Do Dems ever apologize? Never.
Republicans have got to learn to play the game better.
