This has to be a first:
The Resident is out of focus... and NO hallo.
The podium is tilted and the Resident is holding on to it as if he's trying to keep from falling, hanging on to it for his "dear" life.
It's obvious the focus is the crowd. Would the DC Tea Party be the cause of this? nah...LOL
Funny how the crowd is not looking at the mad man at the podium even though he's right in front of them.
