I was about to post that. Linda Tripp was nearly prosecuted in Maryland because she had taped calls within the state without the other person’s consent.

Yes, unfortunately. Only they couldn’t prosecute her. I imagine in this instance though that MD persecutors will go after the makers of this video like they’re another lacrosse team from Duke U.
