Baltimore, MD – September 11, 2009 – We have received inquiries from citizens and the media asking whether the Baltimore City State’s Attorneys Office would initiate a criminal investigation for acts allegedly committed at ACORN offices located in Baltimore. The only information received in reference to this alleged criminal behavior was a YouTube video. Upon review by this office, the video appears to be incomplete. In addition, the audio portion could possibly have been obtained in violation of Maryland Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article §10-402, which requires two party consent.
If it is determined that the audio portion now being heard on YouTube was illegally obtained, it is also illegal under Maryland Law to willfully use or willfully disclose the content of said audio. The penalty for the unlawful interception, disclosure or use of it is a felony punishable up to 5 years.

Seeing all of this crap night after night, I wondered how many people thought like that.
This Administration is putrid waste. Acorn and Obama are crap from the same foul cesspool.
If the fascists begin prosecuting political opposition, IT IS WAR.
I’m wondering whether the remaining tapes that Beck and others have should be disseminated far and wide before this government confiscates them. Maybe the drip, drip, drip approach will be stifled.

Beck said that he “see a way out of this without bloodshed.” I, however, do not. Even if we were to avert civil-war/unrest then I am sure there would be “bloodshed” in the sense that the corrupt MUST be swiftly punished to full extent, ESPECIALLY Congress and the high-up Executives and judges/prosecutors. {IE People should be hung.}
That is my “best case” scenario. Worst case is NOT civil-war/unrest, but the American people rolling over and giving up freedoms and liberties because “it doesn’t involve me” OR “it’s useless to resist the Powers That Be.”

I had hoped it would not come to bloodshed. Sadly, I am becoming less convinced it will turn out that way.

There will be no trial, this is just sabre-rattling.
A trial would mean that the state would have to produce the witnesses, and witnesses have the opportunity to be cross-examined under oath.
Too risky for the state attorney in my opinion.
These young people uncover a criminal conspiracy by ACORN, and then these brown-shirted jack boots go after those who discovered the criminal conspiracy instead of the criminals.
If this keeps up...it will lead to a massive sea change, one way or another.
