Baltimore, MD September 11, 2009 We have received inquiries from citizens and the media asking whether the Baltimore City States Attorneys Office would initiate a criminal investigation for acts allegedly committed at ACORN offices located in Baltimore. The only information received in reference to this alleged criminal behavior was a YouTube video. Upon review by this office, the video appears to be incomplete. In addition, the audio portion could possibly have been obtained in violation of Maryland Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article §10-402, which requires two party consent.
If it is determined that the audio portion now being heard on YouTube was illegally obtained, it is also illegal under Maryland Law to willfully use or willfully disclose the content of said audio. The penalty for the unlawful interception, disclosure or use of it is a felony punishable up to 5 years.

This is ridiculous... If they were “official” press they would be protected, I believe. It’s not like we even have to guess what people are putting the pressure on them like this - to get ACORN off the hook. I hope the guy and girl who made the tape have a good lawyer. I fear they’re going to need one.
I'd say that's a great idea. I want everyone involved with putting up those toll booth and traffic-light cameras prosecuted for taking my pic without my express consent.
Let's also go after banks, shopping malls, grocery stores and convenience stores for video taping.
I made it all the way up on the Capitol West Lawn 150' from the stage and the number of young people there was truly inspiring to see.
You can’t win unless you believe you can win. “Sport” ought to start believing we can win, instead of the BS that makes him think we can’t.
Who did you vote for in 2008?
I agree.
I will be happy to answer your question if you rephrase it to say, "I, 'sport,' voted for [name] in 2008. For whom did you vote in 2008?"
Glad to: I voted for mc cain actually Palin for President. A more honest answer would be that I voted for mc cain to try to keep obama out of the White House. It did not as more voted for obama than mc cain.I have also voted for Martinez over Castor for Senator; Christ over Davis for Governor. If I voted, I voted for the Republican, sometimes just hoping to keep the Democrat out. But I decided that 2008 was the last time I was going to vote against someone.
Happy now?
Unlike you, it seems, I was happy before....
And as I said, I am happy at this time to tell you that, like you, I also voted for Palin. I hope to be able to do so again.
So, why did you want to know?
