Baltimore, MD September 11, 2009 We have received inquiries from citizens and the media asking whether the Baltimore City States Attorneys Office would initiate a criminal investigation for acts allegedly committed at ACORN offices located in Baltimore. The only information received in reference to this alleged criminal behavior was a YouTube video. Upon review by this office, the video appears to be incomplete. In addition, the audio portion could possibly have been obtained in violation of Maryland Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article §10-402, which requires two party consent.
If it is determined that the audio portion now being heard on YouTube was illegally obtained, it is also illegal under Maryland Law to willfully use or willfully disclose the content of said audio. The penalty for the unlawful interception, disclosure or use of it is a felony punishable up to 5 years.

Several people on FOX are good about using materials freepers send them....(We’re part of the FOX research team)
If we can’t get a real RICO investigation against ACORN, let’s target and destroy their local organization.
The people of Maryland need to be heard on this. We have shown that we have a loud voice in the country. Gather some people, lots of people, and let this Prosecutor know you mean business. Make sure you spell his name right on your signs.
On top of everything else, the defendants would be able to subpoena just about everyone in leadership positions within the national organization of ACORN.
It was a Community Leadership Award from some Alumni Association(false alarm) however..it is bearing fruit. I have found links between her and the Open Society Institute,ACORN, SEIU,the Justice Policy Institute,(all the usual left wing suspects)

One link so far..but there are many. More later when I have time. ‘Friends Of Patricia Jessamy’ is very fruitful.
If I were a 13-year-old El Salvadoran prostitute, I’d know I can get a job through ACORN. God bless the community organizers.
Check out post 65. It needs to be screen saved. A goldmine of names and pictures of SEIU astroturf people demanding homes paid for with our taxdollars of course.. This group is part of the web. Can someone check it to see if the names of the people that were fired from ACORN in Baltimore is in the list of names?
You prosecute them, you idiots, and you will pay the political price of your nightmares.
Exactly!
Stuart Katzenberg(lead organizer for ACORN’s Maryland chapter) is named in the link I provided with links to Patricia Jessamy.
Yes, I think so. I do recall also she was vilified, made fun of for her looks and how she talked, and then when she had a little work done to improve her looks after being called ugly, they made fun of that too.
ACORN ......criminal trash.
Treat em same way I will any other attack on me or mine
Not a threat....a fact
Send every thing you find including links to me@glennbeck.com
excellent work...others will want to see it too.
My brother commented to me tonight that he loves the irony of a journalist pretending to be a whore while the Press whores pretend to be journalists.
See post 170 too. Stuart Katzenberg(lead organizer for ACORNs Maryland chapter) is named in the link I provided with links to Patricia Jessamy(Friends Of Patricia Jessamy). This woman will not be able to go after these brave young people. She has too many connections to the groups in question and to Obama.
Maybe a trial would be a good thing here - it would force the MSM to cover it.
I have a hard time believing that the prosecutor can get past the “expectation of privacy” requirement in the prosecution. This was an open-to-the-public office of ACORN, with people coming in and out. Anyone could walk in at any time and overhear the conversation. I’d bet that any defense lawyer worth her/his salt would gladly take this on.
I have indeed attended.
I’m not going to disparage them because they have a lot of experience (and, hopefully, wisdom)... furthermore, you shouldn’t alienate allies (even if they aren’t “Army materiel” they could have resources, contacts, logistics, and wise-counsel that would be great assets to any Army).
