Baltimore, MD September 11, 2009 We have received inquiries from citizens and the media asking whether the Baltimore City States Attorneys Office would initiate a criminal investigation for acts allegedly committed at ACORN offices located in Baltimore. The only information received in reference to this alleged criminal behavior was a YouTube video. Upon review by this office, the video appears to be incomplete. In addition, the audio portion could possibly have been obtained in violation of Maryland Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article §10-402, which requires two party consent.
If it is determined that the audio portion now being heard on YouTube was illegally obtained, it is also illegal under Maryland Law to willfully use or willfully disclose the content of said audio. The penalty for the unlawful interception, disclosure or use of it is a felony punishable up to 5 years.

While you may be right, I think there is a very good chance they will prosecute to make an example. Presuming the powers that be legally are Dems they realize the absolute danger of being caught red handed and can not allow this to be a trend.
The LMSM will simply omit the most sickening parts caught on tape (kidnapping/child prostitution) and simply mentioned that the ACORN employees were pushing for tax evasion. Presumably the ACORN losers could very well be not prosecuted due to the videos being deemed illegal. At the same time the two that did the video sting will get suspended sentences or even probation to mollify the exoneration of the ACORN pieces of crap.
My question is: How does 60 Minutes and 20/20 get permission to do their undercover clips? Do they make deals after the fact with targets or owners of businesses that were targets for whatever offense? We need to know what is legally permissive and how the Networks can do their own undercover stings without apparent legal repercussions.
Anybody have a private e mail for the biggovernment.com people that made these undercover video? If so, please Freepmail me, do not mail in the open. I want to contact them with some good stuff that will help them.
And don’t forget the CIA. The Security WALL is back as hard as ever.
They are going to wish they had never done so.
Godspeed, AIT.
Doesn't it drive you nuts when someone posts the lyrics to a song without naming the song or the artist?
Yeah, this sounds similar to what Linda Tripp went through. Maryland’s ruling class is okay with corruption. It’s a tradition. It’s whistleblowers that they don’t like.
She came over to Virginia, presumably as a protected witness in a federal case, and they set her up in a house right near Charlie Trie's restaurant, Gilbert Colon (a Clinton bag man who is still wanted under a criminal warrant), Arief and Soraya Wiriadinata (tied to the Lippo Group), and so on.
FBI was informed of the situation and they relocated her to another place.
However, as bad as it was around here it would have been worse in Maryland since they were prepared to imprison her as an unlawful flight risk.
The deal is Maryland's taping law is written to protect criminals. Remember, Nancy Pelosi's father, a Siciliano Protectore, served as Baltimore Mayor for many years.
The criminals run Maryland.
so, that means these states CANNOT use undercover wire/video to trap drug dealers, right????????
is this true?
Yes, unfortunately. Only they couldn’t prosecute her. I imagine in this instance though that MD persecutors will go after the makers of this video like they’re another lacrosse team from Duke U.
If those two were to get locked up, (Highly unlikely) Be about time for about 10,000 of us to go get them out, wouldn’t it?
Not since U posted that!

SO much for the hidden camera investigations the local news outlets do.
It is impossible to ‘scrub’ everything....lol. and yep..she is stupid. I don’t believe she will go through with it frankly. It’s a threat meant to scare others off.
