Unfortunately, the only court is the court of public opinion. Also, I read here tonight that the State of Maryland might prosecute the filmakers because under Marland law both parties must consent to being recorded. Imagine that; you can give advice on how to start and hide a prostitution ring with underage illegal immigrants but don’t dare record the conversation. The filmakers are apparently looking at 5 yrs hard time.

This is how things looked in 2000. Just IMAGINE how Congressional districts would have been gerrymandered under an ACORN-run Census in 2010.

In 2008, 69,457,000 people voted for Obama.

Current estimates have 15-20 million Illegal Immigrants in the US, mostly from Mexico and the rest of Central America. That represents a potential 21-28% increase in the Democratic voting block! It would be a sudden and stunning lurch in demographics - mostly toward the Democrats.

Obama and Rahm might be able to still PERMANENTLY change the political landscape against Conservatives for decades to come, if they're able to get AMNESTY (in 2010) before ObamaCare kicks in (in 2013):

One other thing:

Now that it appears that many months of Census collection is tainted by ACORN corruption, common sense dictates it all must be thrown out. That should be pushed, if it doesn't happen by default via the US Census Bureau.

As a result, it would delay any attempt at Amnesty in 2010, because the government CANNOT accurately estimate the impact of Amnesty until it has re-collected and compiled ACCURATE Census data from a new and untainted assessment from the US Census Bureau.

By that point, we'll be well into the 2010 Election cycle, and most in Congress will not want to handle the Amnesty hot potato. If existing assumptions come true, Republicans will re-take the House, or come close to it. With the help of the Blue Dogs, Amnesty would not have enough support in the House.

That would be MY strategy anyway ...

ObamaCare is tied to Amnesty, and vice versa. It has been since Obama's campaign. I cannot stress this enough to my fellow FReepers.

Amnesty is part of Obama's "master plan" and must be killed.

And it's an EASY argument:

IF Amnesty is approved in early-2010, as is on Obama's agenda, the medical industry cannot train enough medical personal and build enough hospitals quickly enough to add that many new citizens into the medical system. The rest of America suffers.

And to borrow an MSM favorite: Women, children and the elderly would be impacted the most ;)
