Judge Napalitano on FOX says there is no way to keep illegals from participating in any “public option”. He says the Constitution is very clear that NO individual or ANY group can be carved out to deny this coverage. Language may be finally put in the final bill that excludes illegal but the Supreme Court will nullify it!
