Good question. We have a lot of tribute threads mentioning him with the victims, but I’ll look and see if he was a FReeper. If so, I’ll see if the mods can append the original post.

Never forget bttt.
I pray for our troops in harms way.
I pray for our country and the assault from within that it is going through.
I pray that we as a nation find our soul, which has been lost, before it is too late.
I pray that we find everyone of the raghead son of a bitches that wish us death and kill them, their wives, their children, and burn their homes to glass.
If you want to be terrorists, we can show you what that means, from the side you wish on us.
Damn you all to hell.
I'm sorry to vent in this fashion. This day brings back horrible memories and an anger that will never subside.
My grandmother, as I found out later in life, had a prejudice against the Japanese and the Germans. One for killing her brother in the Far East, and one for killing my grandfather in Europe. I could never understand that until September 11, 2001.
Please forgive my outburst, I am seething with a renewed anger from watching past coverage of that terrible day, and reliving the memories that go along with the following days of friends who were lost in the Towers.
I never forget. Ever.
Doesn’t bother me. But then, I’m always a hot-head.
On 9/11 my 1st reaction was anger (and I didn’t know anything until an hour later+). I was scowling and cussing while the other women there at the 1st TV I could check were crying. This was no mere “act of God”.
I’m still scowling and cussing.
As I watched the images of 9/11/01 on TV this morning, all the memories of that terrible morning came flooding back. I can still remember the shock, horror, confusion and then the anger. I pray for the families of those who lost loved ones on that fateful day. This morning must have been agonizing for them. May the Lord of Peace comfort them.
I ask everyone that i work with where they were that day. and i listen to their stories just so they will never forget.
I posted an email from my police officer brother who was there that day. i wish i had saved it so i could share it again today and every sept 11th. God bless them all and this country. Never forget.
Thank you so much for this remembrance. We lost so much of the best that day.
Thank you mnehring...
Poor Ted. He must miss her dreadfully.
RIP BKO!
I’m right there with ya.
Also seething because on my hour long drive to work today, only ONE residence and FOUR businesses had their flags flying at half-staff. Disgraceful.
If I may humbly offer this column I wrote about the two of them back in 2006...

BTT again and again and again... so we may never forget.
Thanks. Never forget.
May we have their Freeper names? May G_d have mercy on the living for not doing enough.
Barbara Olson was "BKO" (her initials).
John Moran was "BCM" (for "Battalion Chief Moran").
